This gives me correct answer

But I want to learn what is wrong in the following approach as it returns 0
=SUMIFS(E2:E25,G2:G25,”NY”,G2:G25,”Boston”,G2:G25,”Philadelphia”)

Is there any way to unprotect theeating diary workbook I’ve been working on? I have added a bunch of new columns which show up in the statistic’s pivot table fields, but they are grayed out and not included in the table and totals. It may be a problem with the workbook being protected or could be a problem with formulas, although the columns and entry amounts show up in the eating diary. I’d appreciate help with this.

I have doctored it slightly so all the Tables appear on 1 sheet for printing purposes.
As we have a different scoring system could you please let me have the password for the option sheet.

looking to document our bowling club championships
Thinking of setting up a tournament (football/Soccer UK) for next June 2019 with either 8 or 10 teams invited, either size would have two groups of 4 or 5 teams playing each other one in group stages listing in league showing, then going into knockout stages with higher teams in each group playing for Cup and lower teams playing for Shield , do you have something already set up in a template for this ?

Great site for excel inservice. We will have a interschool sports carnival in two weeks time. The sports are Soccer, Touch Footy, Volleyball, Basketball (boys and girls ), netball (girls only) and Athletics (girls and boys).
The point system for all sport will be the Medal Tally Point System. 1st place – Gold, 2nd place – Silver and 3rd place – Bronze.
The school with the highest number of Gold should be the winner.
As such I need assistance for a template. Thank you
I like the spreadsheet and have opt for the 10 team double robin. I’m hosting a table tennis tournament where each team hold 3 players. I would like to record the data under the team A for each player vs team B player. So it’s A: 3 players vs B: 3 players and one set of doubles. Ten point system (Team A vs Team B 6:4) Matches are played best-out-of 5.

I have a tournament coming up where there are 10 teams playing 9 rounds. As the top 5 teams are somewhat more proficient than the 6 to 10 teams, is it possible to structure the XL spreadsheet draw that when the top 5 teams play the bottom 5, the top 5 automatically have an 8 point handicap but when the top 5 play against the other top 5 teams it’s even Stevens??

I am inquiring about the tournament spreadsheet, which is great and sort of what I am looking for. I am part of a football league and would like to be able to create a schedule for our parks. I like your spreadsheet but I would like to modify it for an “X” number of teams (more then 15) for a 10 game season with 10 fields per week (each park has their own field). It would also need to have 5 home games for each parks. I was wondering if it would be possible for you and me to collaborate on this. I have something already created but it is all manual and it requires a lot of review to ensure we do not have duplicate games or schedule a 2 teams to play at home on the same day who play against each other.

Each player has a maximum score, we call it moyenne.
If a player wins a match, he will get 2 points.
He also get his moyenne he receives 1 point. He receives a total of 3 points.
If a player has lost, but he gets his moyenne he get 1 point.
At a draw both players get 1 point. And also, both players have their moyenne, both player get 1 point.

We have a tournament with the following format can not figure out formula for this. We need two separate tables for the pools because the top two teams from each pool play in the semi finals with the 3rd team in each pool eliminated
2 POOLS WITH THREE TEAMS IN EACH POOL
ALL TEAMS PLAY EVERY OTHER TEAM IN THEIR POOL ONCE PLUS ONE TEAM FROM THE OTHER POOL.
